Wilkin Lai serves as the Managing Broker at RIC3 Mortgage Broker. He has been lending in Detroit since 2005 and has helped change the landscape of Detroit real estate, opening up financing opportunities for some of the city’s most iconic condos and lofts along with Detroit's most beloved neighborhoods. He moved to New York in 2015 and lives in New Paltz, NY. RIC3 recently got its New York mortgage license and Wilkin recently got his Michigan realtors license.

Wilkin is married to Heather and together they have 3 boys Matthias, Caleb and Andrew and their most popular family member is a husky mix named Sage. He carries a frisbee most everywhere he goes, serves as the director of a non-profit called Creative Community Service Network. .

Casey Mulcahy serves as mortgage broker assistant and processor at RIC3 Mortgage Broker. Casey is a graduate of Wayne State University with a degree in supply chain management. He has lived in Detroit for several years and along with his partner Lindsay, became a home owner with the help of RIC3. Together they enjoy cycling and gardening. Casey also plays soccer for the Detroit City Futbol League's Cass Corridor team.

Karis Lotze serves part time as an Administrator at RIC3 Mortgage Broker. She moved to Hamtramck, MI in 2018 and purchased a home with the help of RIC3. She loves the sunshine and all growing things, which makes summers all the more special, and a space to garden a joy. Having traveled extensively, she now enjoys settling in a place known as “the world in two square miles,” truly an all-American city!
