We provide purchase worksheets to assist shopping and pre-approval letters to accompany your offers.

Home inspection is recommended but not required. Provide Earnest Money Deposit. Register for on-line homebuyer education class when applicable.

We review your purchase agreement, seller & lead based paint disclosure and identify all parties of the transaction.

Begin shopping for insurance. Provide condition items in a timely manner as requested.  Complete homebuyer education.

We finalize & submit the loan application, lock the loan, order the appraisal & title docs and work with you to clear underwriter conditions.

We provide you a closing disclosure with total monthly housing expense & cash required to close.

Obtain a cashier's check or initiate wire funds, based on title company instructions, bring 2 forms of ID to closing

We work with title company & lender to generate closing package and ensure funds are wired to the title company.

Post Closing

File Property Transfer Affidavit within 45 days and if a primary home the Principal Residence Exemption. Note, 

coupon for first 2 payments typically in closing package

We follow-up with you and request feedback.  Also in the first 6 months, it is common for service to be transferred to another lender.
